Legato Advokat is led by Stojan Arnerstål – a recognized expert in commercial contracts, life sciences and intellectual property law.

Stojan Arnerstål is an advokat (member of the Swedish Bar Association), LL.D. and Associate Professor (docent) of civil law. He founded Legato in 2024 after six years as counsel and Head of Life Sciences at Vinge. Before that he was director of the Institute for Intellectual Property, Marketing and Competition Law (IMC) at Uppsala University. He is an accredited mediator and works in Swedish and English .
